Commercial Biomass Heating Systems
Biomass fuel systems can be used to heat water or air. For large workshop spaces hot air heaters may be more appropriate, efficient and economical.
Simple to use hot air heaters have large combustion chambers which will burn most types of wood* Fresh air is drawn around the unit and is instantly warmed to temperature before being
vented directly into the surrounding area.
Advantages of Biomass Air Heaters:
Low installation costs
Very low running costs.
Very simple, extremely efficient and easy to use
Space heaters, like the one by Fabbri, illustrated above, are designed to heat large areas by funnelling clean hot air directly into the surrounding area or to remote areas by utilizing ducting tubes.
Additional ventilation ducts can be added to the space heater. By adding extra air ducts you can direct the heat to almost any remote location.
Exhaust gases need to be vented through the wall or roof to the outside.
An override switch is included so during warmer weather the unit workshop heater can be used as a cooling ventilation system.
(*Before using manufactured and preserved wood you should contact your local environmental department to confirm its suitability.)
